An R33 in blue isn't to my liking, but it's my favorite generation. I'd rather it in black. This car has lots of street presence over any other skyline.

Oh yes, I think the perfect choice for me would be Midnight Purple. There was one here for sale with questionable legality close to where I live for $40k. Hopefully when these become legal the price sinks.

Yeah, that is pretty darn cheap. It's a long time until the R33 becomes legal for import, so the price on a GTR might dip or rise depending on how well they've been taken care of.

I like the R33 more than the R34 though it's generally the least liked generation of the 90s Skylines.

Yep, it seems to be the least loved (not featured in F&F films, not generally referred to that much) but it is still my favorite!

Why do I like it the most? I just like 90s design more, I like how the lights look and the smoothness of the car. The R34 they add bumps and bubble lights and things like that which i'm not a fan of. It's just appearance stuff really. Also don't like the R34 wing. I prefer the R32 and R33 over R34 in terms of appearance.

I think people like R34s the most because they are, validly, the better car but also because of fast and the furious. Most people say R32 and R34 are the best GTRs.

Oh i thought you were asking about my opinion on why I like the R33.

R33 is said to have worse handling and is slower than R32 as well as being heavier. R34 fixed that with a more advanced AWD system and other goodies and is more like the R35 GTR really.

It's my least favorite Skyline, to be honest. It goes R34, R32, Kenmari, Hakosuka, 2000RS, R33.

The 2000RS might move in the list. Every year it gets better and better looking.

It will be a serious advantage. Even though many more R32s were made than R33s for GTRs i'm hoping they will be less money because of that. I plan on finding a stock one and keeping it that way.

Yes I agree! I'm pretty sure one of the people around my neighborhood has one of these from Motorex (not sure though I've only seen it twice while I was running some errands) and it's absolutely spectacular. Apparently it belongs to the guy who started BLOX racing. Here's to hoping people still don't love them when it comes time to legally import them to the US.
